When it failed
An integration breaks in production, even after passing every test in non-production environments. The team scrambles. The business absorbs the impact. The post-mortem reveals what should have been visible earlier.
Who we are
TestHub is a founder-led Quality & Trust Engineering firm. We were built inside banking, where a failed release is never just a bug. It is a customer locked out, a colleague under pressure, and a leader answering for risk. We exist to make that risk visible, and the evidence undeniable.
The founder's story
For more than 20 years, Lusanda Madinda has led quality engineering across banking, enterprise technology and high-risk delivery environments, where failure is measured in customer trust, business continuity and operational exposure, not only defect tickets.
His work spans Jitterbit and MuleSoft-enabled integration modernisation, API migration, Salesforce ecosystems, Agentforce, Einstein AI and automation-led quality engineering. In complex banking environments, he helped build testing capability from the ground up and mature it into a C4E-style quality capability with full automation adoption across the delivery area.
That journey moved testing from manual dependency to automation operating at the pace of delivery, creating faster feedback, stronger regression confidence, clearer release evidence and better control over integration risk.
Lusanda later led QA for an initiative that positioned a major African bank as the first customer in Africa to deploy an autonomous AI agent into production. The work required a different assurance lens. At the time, there was no established industry playbook for testing Agentforce and agentic AI in a production banking environment, so the focus moved beyond whether the solution worked to whether the agent could reason, decide and act within clear controls.
As part of the core delivery team, he contributed to nationally recognised AI work acknowledged through a National AI Excellence Trailblazer Award. His contribution to Salesforce, Agentforce and AI-enabled delivery also led to his selection as one of the few members to attend Salesforce Dreamforce 2025 in San Francisco, USA, giving him direct exposure to the evolving future of enterprise AI, CRM and platform assurance.
That experience shaped TestHub: a specialist quality engineering firm built to carry proven, award-winning discipline beyond a single organisation. TestHub provides independent, evidence-led quality engineering for the platforms businesses are adopting faster than they can confidently assure them.
It is also why TestHub is built for integration migration assurance, helping banks and enterprises modernise from one integration platform to another without losing control, release evidence, API continuity or confidence.
The track record behind the firm
Years leading QA where failure breaks trust, not just builds
Autonomous AI agent deployed to production in Africa, at a major bank
AI Excellence Trailblazer Award, as part of the core delivery team
Vendor playbooks to copy. Every framework built from first principles
The two sides of delivery
Releases that succeeded because they were ready, and releases that failed when the real world exposed what was missed.
When it failed
An integration breaks in production, even after passing every test in non-production environments. The team scrambles. The business absorbs the impact. The post-mortem reveals what should have been visible earlier.
When it succeeded
A release performs exactly as promised. Audit evidence is already prepared. The team moves forward with confidence because the release was stable, evidenced, and ready for real-world use.
The difference is never luck. It is discipline applied before the release.
When a release fails in production, will the evidence show that the right risks were tested before go-live?
With independent assurance, that answer is already yes.
